This process of cascading strategic objectives has become more challenging but vitally necessary for a healthy organisation facing the frenetic rate of change both a national and global basis.

This programme is intended initially for senior staff but can be delivered subsequently to other levels of management within the organisation. It is the owners/leaders of companies that need to learn how to plan for success and then how to put a plan together that achieves the goals set out in the plan.

Define the strategic objectives necessary to achieve the aim of the organisation
Relate the strategic objectives to all aspects / departments of the organisation
Define the next, contributing level of achievement required to fulfil the strategic objectives Sell the process of cascading strategic objectives to all those involved and gain their agreement
Manage the process throughout the organisational within an acceptable time scale
Define short and medium term targets that will achieve long term, strategic objectives
Modify and cascade strategic objectives in line with changes to the organisation's needs
